I was looking for a cougar head cover for my stepdaughter that is playing at a DII school whose mascot is the cougar. I scoured the internet to find one and found out that it was discontinued. I emailed Daphnes on 7/17 and I received a response later that day confirming that it had been discontinued. To my surprise, on 7/18, Sue M emailed me stating she found one and asked if I wanted it. I of course said yes! She set up a way for me to purchase it and it was here the next week. In a world where customer service seems extinct, I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for Sue’s kindness and help in getting this specific head cover.

This is my second head cover, and whenever needed, I’ll always go back. Not because they wither… I purchased a second bag to leave at a different location and I had no doubt my driver needed another one of their covers. Great product, weathers storms, doesn’t fade, and really protects my investment. Shopping experience is great and I love the personal aspect of this being a family business.
