Great headcover that I surprised a good friend with. His nickname is Beave!

Sally and I are octogenarian friends in FL. We play every Tuesday at Lake Worth golf course. We love our new head covers, Boxer and Beagle, respectively.

All aspects of transaction exceeded expectations. Awhile back, I contacted Daphne’s to replace a lost head cover, which, at the time, was no longer available, in production / stock. Then, recently, they reached out to me to let me know the head cover I was trying to order is back in stock and available. That is customer service! A couple of years ago I had reached out to see in the off chance there was any Rhino head covers still available after noticing they have been discontinued. Unfortunately I was out of luck. Almost 2 years to the date from my original email I received a message they were doing a special run on the Rhino head cover and even replied on my original email string. Talk about going above and beyond and making sure you keep in contact with your customer base! Naturally I had to get one on order after thinking I had missed my chance! Thank again for going above and beyond!

I sent them an email one year ago asking for a Rhino head cover and they responded that they did not have or make any at the time, one year later out of the blue Sue sent me an email letting me know they were now available. Very impressed with the product and the service!!!
