First, the product is top shelf, very well made and adorable too. BUT the customer service is as good as I've ever experienced. I created a delivery issue, totally on me, by leaving off an apartment number. Sue at Daphne's Headcovers could not have been more willing to fix the problem with the most positive and helpful manner. Wonderful company to work with!! I only wish I needed head covers on a regular basis. I would shop nowhere else.
